Thousands of enthusiastic supporters and activists of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Saturday thronged the streets of Sekondi-Takoradi for a health walk leading up to the party’s manifesto launch.
The event, which commenced at 6 a.m., saw participants gathering later at the Police Park in Effiakuma, where senior party figures addressed the crowd in a mini rally.
Gracing the walk included the Dr . Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the 2024 Running Mate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Da-Costa Aboagye, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Kennedy Agyapong, Member of Parliament for the Assin Central amongst several NPP giants.
