The Ghana Football Association has strengthened the Black Stars’ backroom staff with the appointment of Belgian video analyst Gregory De Grauwe. This move aims to enhance the team’s Video Analysis Unit and ultimately improve performance.
De Grauwe boasts an impressive resume, holding a UEFA License B Coaching license, qualifications in Performance Analysis, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. He brings significant experience from working with top Belgian clubs, including STVV, Sporting Lokeren, and SC Zulte Waregem.
Since December 2020, De Grauwe has been a lecturer on Video Analysis under the Royal Belgian Football Association, showcasing his expertise in the field. His coaching background, with around eight years of experience working with Belgian clubs, provides an added perspective to his role as a video analyst.
As the new Chief Video Analyst of the Black Stars, De Grauwe is expected to make a significant impact, providing vital support to the team’s coaches and enhancing overall performance.
