Dr. Palgrave Boakye Dankwa, the Spokesperson on Governance and Security has said that the government will implement CHRAJ’s recommendations in its report on the National Cathedral.
According to him, the government will not interfere in any of the state institution’s work but rather ensure the right things are done.
Dr. Boakye added that the recommendations by CHRAJ are in the interest of Ghanaians so they will not be overlooked. His comments come after CHRAJ published a report on the National Cathedral, requesting a forensic into the expenditure so far and a prosecution of the board of trustees.
Speaking to ABC News GH, he explained, “we are not interfering whatsoever with any of the state institutions.”
“We are ensuring that whatever is being done is what must be done,” he said.
