The NDC Director of Election Monitoring, Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, has assured Ghanaians of the party’s commitment to recovering public resources lost to corruption and mismanagement will be unwavering.
Speaking after the party’s presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama, was declared winner of the 2024 elections, Dr. Omane Boamah stated that “Operation Recover All” will be a reality and not a sham.
The director also called on the outgoing government to respect the transition process, warning against last-minute financial obligations that could burden the incoming administration.
“We do not expect them to be unnecessarily incurring expenditures or signing contract that will be binding the incoming Mahama-Jane Opoku Agyeman government,” he said.
“Because ‘Operation Recover All Loot’ will be a reality, not a mirage.”
“Hope is coming, hope i here, hope has been declared as the president elect.”
