Vice President and New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, cast his ballot in the 2024 general election on Saturday, December 7, at the Kperiga D/A Primary School polling station in Walewale, North East Region.
He arrived in his hometown on Friday night ahead of the elections and voted a few minutes after 8:00 am.
Speaking to the media after voting, Dr. Bawumia expressed confidence in his chances of winning the presidential race, as this marks his first time on the ballot.
