The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Frank Annor-Dompreh, did not accept a copy of an injunction served on him by a court bailiff.
Annor-Dompreh, who is the incumbent MP for the area, was captured in a video by TV3 walking away and saying, “If you are doing your job, do your job,” when the bailiff approached him.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) had earlier on Friday, December 13, secured an interlocutory injunction to halt the re-collation process of the Nsawam-Adoagyiri election results.
A video captured by TV3 at the Tesano Police Depot on Friday, December 13, shows Annor-Dompreh ignoring the injunction being served by the bailiff.
The re-collation process, which began on Thursday, December 12, at the Tesano Police Depot, was postponed to continue on Friday, December 13, 2024.
This process became necessary due to discrepancies in the figures on the pink sheet, which did not tally.
