The Last Will and Testament of the late Founder and Leader of Kristo Asafo Mission of Ghana, Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka, has officially been read under the supervision of the Deputy Registrar of the High Court’s Probate and Administration Division.
According to a statement issued by the Kristo Asafo Mission of Ghana on Monday, July 6, the will was read at the Will Reading Room of the High Court Complex in Accra at approximately 11:50 a.m.

The church said the reading followed a formal application filed by the children of the late founder through their lawyers, Marfo & Associates, led by Gary Nimako Marfo, Esq. The application was dated June 29, 2026.
Following the application, the Deputy Registrar of the Probate and Administration Division invited family members and other interested parties to attend the scheduled reading after issuing notices dated June 30, 2026.
Representatives of the late Apostle Kwadwo Safo’s children were present during the proceedings, alongside key officials of the Kristo Asafo Mission and other interested parties.
Those in attendance included the church’s General Secretary, Dr. Kwadwo Oduro Addo; the Deputy General Secretary (Administration) and Legal Advisor, Lawyer Nana Kofi Safo Kantanka; Mr. Seth Appiah, popularly known as “Osebo the Zaraman”; Mr. Oppong Safo; as well as other legal representatives and interns.
While confirming that the will had been read, the church did not disclose its contents, stating that details of the late founder’s Last Will and Testament would be communicated to members “at the appropriate time.”
The statement further called for calm among members as the church undertakes the next steps in implementing the final wishes of its late founder.
“We pray that the peace of our Lord be with you all as we take the next steps in fulfilling the solemn and last wishes of our dear and most revered Founder and Leader,” the statement said.
Apostle Prof. Emeritus Kwadwo Safo Kantanka, founder of the Kristo Asafo Mission of Ghana and the Kantanka Group, died in 2025, leaving behind a legacy spanning religion, manufacturing, engineering and innovation in Ghana. The reading of his will marks a significant legal step in the administration of his estate.
