Eric Kwapong Ministries has expanded its leadership platform, Leaders in Worship, into Leaders Rejuvenate, with the new initiative set to hold its first edition on Thursday, September 24, 2026, in Accra.
The programme will take place at the Institute for Democratic Governance (IDEG) in the Ayawaso West Conclave from 7 p.m., bringing together CEOs, business owners, senior executives, policymakers, public-sector leaders and other decision-makers.
The initiative, guided by the theme “Pause. Renew. Lead,” provides leaders with a space to reflect, renew and reconnect with God.
According to the ministry, the new platform builds on two editions of Leaders in Worship, which have reached more than 1,000 leaders from the business, government, media, ministry, healthcare, academia and other sectors.
The first edition was held on April 19, 2024, at the Physicians and Surgeons Hall in Accra, attracting Members of Parliament, judges, chief executives, senior military officers, vice-chancellors, medical professionals and chief directors.
A second edition followed on January 30, 2025, at Wesley Towers in Ridge, Accra, with leaders from business, government, religious, traditional and other sectors.
Both gatherings featured worship, music ministrations, Scripture readings, exhortations and fellowship, giving participants an opportunity to reflect on their faith, purpose and responsibilities.
The ministry says the experience from the two editions has led to the broader Leaders Rejuvenate concept, which goes beyond worship to address the spiritual, emotional, personal and leadership aspects of the lives of leaders.
While worship remains central to the platform, organisers say Leaders Rejuvenate will also incorporate Scripture, personal reflection, meaningful conversations and fellowship.
The initiative is intended to provide a sacred and non-partisan environment where leaders can reflect, renew their sense of purpose and strengthen their approach to leadership.
Eric Kwapong Ministries says the previous editions involved more than five worship ministers and psalmists and helped create new relationships and networks among participants. The ministry also reports that some participants experienced renewed clarity and a reaffirmed sense of purpose.
The September 24 edition is targeted at leaders in East Legon, Adjiringanor, Dzorwulu, Airport Residential, Roman Ridge and surrounding communities.
Registration is strictly required for participation.
