Fire gutted several structures at Madina-Ritz Junction in Accra late Tuesday evening.
According to officials of the National Fire Service, the inferno started around 11pm.
It is currently unclear what caused the fire but firemen from different parts of Accra were marshalled to subdue the ravaging inferno.
Officials of the GNFS said the incident happened not too far from the Fire Station at Madina.
This is the second time a fire incident has been recorded at Madina-Ritz junction.
The first one occurred on February 1, 2023, in which 30 shops and several houses were affected.
