The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially announced the release of the 2025 Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results.

In a directive signed by Acting Deputy Director-General (Q & A), Dr. Munawaru Issahaque, GES instructed all Regional Directors of Education to communicate the release of the placement results to District Directors and Heads of schools.

According to the statement, admission of students must strictly follow the placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat. It stressed that no school is permitted to admit students outside the official placement without prior written approval from GES.

Students placed are expected to report to their respective schools on October 18, 2025. Heads of schools have been directed to ensure that registration is conducted smoothly in line with the guidelines provided.

GES further cautioned that any infractions, including unauthorised admissions, will attract administrative sanctions. The Service said disciplinary measures will be enforced against any official or school that breaches the placement procedures.

Regional and District Directors have also been tasked to provide supervisory support to ensure strict compliance. Their oversight, according to the directive, is essential in preventing irregularities in the admission process.

The statement emphasised that the cooperation of all stakeholders is critical to guarantee a transparent and successful admission process for the 2025 academic year. It added that adherence to the outlined procedures will help maintain fairness and credibility in the school placement system.
