Nana Kwasi Boatey Esq, Acting CEO of Ghana Publishing Company Limited, has revealed plans to implement a 24-hour operational system to enhance service delivery and meet the demands of an increasingly digital economy.
Speaking on ABC News Wednesday morning, Boateng shared his strategy to introduce a shift system, which will allow the company to run both in-store and online services around the clock.
“As soon as HR can advise us on our staff strength, we will implement a shift system for evening operations, and we will be ready to offer services both in-store and online,” he said.
Boateng expressed confidence that the company would begin 24-hour operations within the next month.
“The sky is the limit from there,” he added, emphasizing his commitment to keeping pace with global trends and positioning Ghana Publishing Company as a leading entity in the industry.
