Ghanaian singer and songwriter KiDi has paid a courtesy visit to Germany’s Ambassador to Ghana, Frederik Landshöft.
The meeting, which took place on Monday, September 14, brought together the award-winning musician and the German diplomat for conversations around KiDi’s latest album, Where Do We Go From Here? and the longstanding German-Ghanaian connections that have contributed to the development of Ghanaian music.
Sharing moments from the visit on X, KiDi said he had a “great time catching up on the amazing things we have coming”.
A post sighted on the German Embassy in Accra’s Instagram page also highlighted the meeting, describing Where Do We Go From Here? as “a great title for a great new album” and linking its themes to the future of German-Ghanaian relations.
The meeting comes on the heels of the release of KiDi’s latest album, Where Do We Go From Here?, which was released on August 27, 2026.
The project features some of Ghana’s leading music acts, including Sarkodie, Lasmid, AratheJay and Kwesi Arthur.
Among the songs on the album are “Crazy World,” “Special Lovin,” “See Thru,” “IDK,” “Signature,” “Agreement,” “Lonely,” “Headache,” “Crucified,” “Lord Knows,” “Babylon,” “2 Much Sugar,” “Red Dress,” “Confession” and “Dreams.”
The project reflects on KiDi’s decade-long journey in music while exploring growth, success, and what comes after achieving major career milestones.
However, KiDi is set to take his 15-track third studio album to an international audience as he stages his first-ever solo headline concert, KiDi Live In Concert, in the United Kingdom.
Scheduled for September 24, 2026, at HERE at Outernet in London, the concert will mark another significant moment in KiDi’s career as he continues to build on a decade-long career and strengthen his presence on the international music scene.
