Labour expert Seth Abloso has dismissed the strike threats issued by the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association, calling them unnecessary.
He urged labour unions to exercise caution with such threats, emphasizing the need for constructive dialogue rather than industrial action.
Seth Abloso also intimated that the government breached no constitutional provisions with the revocation of appointments made after December 7, 2024.
Speaking to ABC this morning, Mr Abloso emphasized that the government can even proceed to investigate the circumstances leading to the award of some of the appointments indicating that high-ranking individuals in the previous will be affected.
However, he warned that if the government fails to act, it could be burdened with financial commitments not accounted for in the budget.
