The Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team, led by Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has uncovered startling evidence of widespread state capture and asset misappropriation from the previous administration.
Speaking to journalists in the Eastern Region, Ablakwa revealed that the team has made progress in its investigation and is preparing to present a comprehensive report to the public.
“When we present our report, the Ghanaian people will see the tremendous work that has gone on—the extent of the loot and how all of us have worked successfully to ensure the evidence is coordinated for action by our attorney general and other institutions,” he stated.
Ablakwa emphasized that while the evidence gathered is compelling, the full details of their findings will remain confidential until the team presents the report to President Mahama.
The upcoming report is expected to shine a light on the scale of the alleged misappropriation under the Akufo-Addo government, and it is seen as a vital step toward ensuring accountability and recovering misused state assets.
The Operation Recover All Loot initiative aligns with President Mahama’s broader goal of strengthening governance, promoting accountability, and restoring public trust in state institutions.
