President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is set to deliver the State of the Nation Address (SONA) at Parliament tomorrow, February 27, 2024.
This is in accordance with Article 67 of the 1992 Constitution, which states that the President shall deliver a message on the State of the Nation to Parliament at the start of each session and before the dissolution of Parliament.
The upcoming address is anticipated to shed light on the government’s principal policy objectives for the year, offering insights into how the administration plans to navigate and tackle prevailing economic challenges.
This will be President Akufo-Addo’s penultimate address to Parliament.
