The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Chairman, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, has officially been sworn in as the Board Chairman of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA).
The swearing-in ceremony, held on Wednesday, June 25, also witnessed the induction of Professor Ransford Gyampo, acting CEO of the Ghana Shippers Authority, as a member of the newly constituted board.
The appointments form part of broader efforts to strengthen the governance structure of the GPHA and offer strategic leadership in managing and developing Ghana’s port infrastructure.
The new board is tasked with shaping policy direction, boosting operational efficiency, and supporting ongoing and future infrastructure expansion projects at the country’s major ports.
