Asante Kotoko’s newest acquisition, Daniel Adrian Adjetey, has shared his enthusiasm following his move to the club during the ongoing transfer window.
The skillful midfielder penned a one-and-a-half-year deal with the Porcupine Warriors, marking his return to Ghana after stints abroad.
In an interview on the club’s official website, Adjetey expressed his honor at joining one of Africa’s most iconic clubs and his determination to contribute to its success.

“It’s an incredible feeling to join Kotoko. This is one of the biggest clubs in Africa, and I’m honored to be part of it,” he said. “Coming back to represent Kotoko feels special. It’s exciting, and I’m confident this is the right place for me to grow as a player and contribute to something great.
“I know the expectations here are high, and I’m ready to work hard, compete for my place, and give my all to help the team succeed,” Adjetey added.
Adjetey’s signing brings added quality and depth to Kotoko’s midfield as the club looks to bolster their squad for the Ghana Premier League and other competitions.
The former Nania FC star has gained valuable experience playing for Danish side Naestved in Division 2 and Latvian club BFC Daugavpils.
