The Ghana Police Service has arrested four individuals in connection with a shooting incident at Nyankpala in the Northern Region that claimed one life and left another person injured.
The suspects, identified as Majid Issah, Fodi Issiage Kamara, Yakubu Simalia, and Alhaji Bashiru Mohamed, are in police custody and assisting with investigations.
According to a police statement, the injured victim is receiving medical treatment, while the deceased’s body has been sent to the morgue for preservation and autopsy.
Authorities have assured the public of a thorough investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding the incident.
