Speaking to the media, “the health minister stated that, the previous government had spent 400 million dollars to work on the Agenda 111 projects and that the project should have been rolled in phases to be able to complete about 22 hospitals with the same amount of money spent.”
He further stated that, “400 million dollars is spent but there’s not a single hospital in operation and that it will take 9million dollars to complete to the Bokoro Project.”

He explained that, most of the facilities are not well equipped which is not making the hospital operationalized.
