Residents and party supporters in Abrumase in salaga south gathered at a community durbar as the Member of Parliament for Salaga South, Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah officially handed over a newly completed CHPS compound to improve healthcare delivery in Abrumase in salaga south Constituency.

The event, held in front of a yellow building in Abrumase the newly commissioned facility, brought together community members, opinion leaders, Constituency Chairman, and supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Several participants were seen wearing NDC-branded “Reset Ghana” t-shirts and red caps, symbolizing solidarity and support for the government’s development agenda.
Addressing the gathering, Municipal Chief Executive(MCE) Hon. Kassim yazid Rabiu, praised the MP for her commitment to improving the welfare of constituents through better healthcare infrastructure. He noted that the new CHPS compound would help bring quality healthcare services closer to the people, especially women and children.
The ceremony was marked by strong community engagement as speakers used the platform to discuss local development and the importance of accessible healthcare.
Hon. Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah also addressed the gathering, expressing appreciation for the project and encouraging residents to make good use of the facility.Among the dignitaries present was Ahmed Ibrahim, who joined the leadership group in showing support for the initiative.
The atmosphere throughout the event was both formal and communal, with supporters and residents standing together in unity as the address concluded with group interactions and media coverage.

The commissioning of the CHPS compound is expected to enhance primary healthcare delivery and reduce the burden on residents who previously had to travel long distances to access medical care.
