President John Dramani Mahama has announced the formation of an inter-ministerial implementation committee to oversee the execution of key recommendations from the 2025 National Economic Dialogue.
The move, he explained, is aimed at ensuring timely, coordinated, and transparent follow-through on the proposals outlined during the dialogue.
Speaking at the Jubilee House on Wednesday, June 4, during the official presentation of the Dialogue’s final report, President Mahama stated that an executive directive will be issued in the coming days to formally establish the committee.
He noted that the body will comprise key government ministries and will include observers from civil society and the private sector to ensure accountability.
The committee is expected to coordinate all related government actions and publish its final implementation bulletin by August 2025.
