The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the release of PIN Codes for 132,393 prospective national service personnel from 100 accredited tertiary institutions across the country for the 2025/2026 service year.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, June 17, the NSA directed all eligible graduates to visit https://smarthub.nss.gov.gh to access their PIN codes and begin the enrollment process.
According to the statement, registration officially opens on Thursday, June 17, 2025, and closes on Wednesday, July 1, 2025. A registration fee of GH¢40.00 is required and payable at any branch of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB).
Applicants can also opt to pay GH¢41.00 via MTN Mobile Money. This year, the NSA is rolling out enhanced security features aimed at improving transparency and fairness in the placement process.
These include Facial Biometric Verification, which will match applicants’ identities against Ghana Card data from the National Identification Authority (NIA), and Verified Address Input, requiring a valid GhanaPost GPS address for location-based regional postings.
Applicants are advised to ensure accurate information to avoid posting errors. Additional support and detailed registration guidance are available on the portal’s FAQ section or via the live chat and email [email protected].
The NSA has urged all prospective personnel to complete their registration within the stipulated period to avoid any inconvenience.
