Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly known as Obour, has officially stepped down as the Managing Director of Ghana Post after two years of service.

In a statement announcing his resignation, he expressed gratitude to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for the opportunity to serve and lauded the achievements made under his leadership.

Obour highlighted significant strides in digitalization, operational efficiency, brand visibility, and financial sustainability, which he said had repositioned Ghana Post as a modern logistics provider.

He also extended appreciation to Minister of Communications and Digitalisation, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, the Board of Directors, and the company’s staff for their dedication and support throughout his tenure.

As he moves on to pursue other interests, Obour expressed confidence that the strong foundation laid during his tenure would propel Ghana Post to greater heights.

He urged the incoming administration to build on the progress achieved and wished President John Dramani Mahama and his team success in their endeavors.

His departure marks the end of a tenure focused on transforming Ghana Post into a customer-centric, technology-driven postal service, aligning with the broader digitalization agenda of the country.
