The Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) committee has strongly rejected claims by Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin that its members deployed drones to surveil his private properties.
In a heated media exchange, Afenyo-Markin insinuated that the committee had been spying on him using aerial surveillance, an allegation he later acknowledged but decided to ignore.
However, in a swift rebuttal, Martin Kpebu, a legal practitioner and ORAL committee member, dismissed the accusation as “ridiculous.”
He vehemently denied any involvement of drones, emphasizing that the committee does not own any drones and that such claims should be disregarded. “It’s false. We do not own any drones as a committee,” Kpebu told Citi News.
Kpebu further downplayed suggestions that the committee had secretly deployed additional members to carry out covert operations on its behalf.
“We do not have any members aside from the committee members working for us,” he asserted.
