The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has declared 67-year-old Ernest Darko Akore wanted in connection with an ongoing probe into suspected corruption and corruption-related offenses linked to the Revenue Assurance Contract between the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and Strategic Mobilisation Limited (SML).
Mr. Akore previously served as Chef de Cabinet (Technical Advisor) at the Ministry of Finance.
According to the OSP, the declaration follows an arrest warrant issued by the High Court–Criminal Division under suit number CR/0397/2025 in the case titled Republic v Ernest D. Akore.
The OSP urged the public to provide any information that may assist in locating the suspect.
