Seyram Betty Krosbi Mensah, an aspiring National Women’s Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has urged delegates to back her candidacy, saying the party needs leadership defined by action, credibility and proven results rather than empty promises.
In a campaign message to delegates ahead of the party’s internal elections, the former Member of Parliament said her years of dedicated service, commitment to the party and leadership experience make her the right candidate to lead the NDC’s women’s wing.
“Leadership is not about promises, it is about action, credibility, and results,” she stated.
“Hon. Mrs. Seyram Betty Krosbi Mensah has demonstrated these qualities through her years of dedicated service, unwavering commitment, and proven leadership.”
She stressed the importance of experienced leadership in strengthening the party’s grassroots structures, mobilising women across the country and positioning the NDC for victory in the 2028 general elections.
“Let’s choose experience. Let’s choose credibility. Let’s choose action,” her message concluded.
Mrs. Krosbi Mensah is therefore appealing to delegates to vote for her as National Women’s Organizer during the upcoming NDC national executive elections.
She is widely known within the party for her advocacy on women’s empowerment, community engagement and grassroots party organisation. Her supporters have also branded her as “The Youth Investor” of the women’s front, describing her as a bridge between the party’s leadership and its grassroots base.
