A renowned businessman and owner of the Royal Cosy Hills Hotel, Eric Johnson, popularly known as Jirapa Dubai, has been tragically killed in Jirapa, according to reports received.
This tragic incident was discovered on Sunday, February 11, 2024, when Mr. Johnson’s lifeless body was found at the hotel premises.
Sources close to ABC News indicate that he was found in his room, lying in a pool of blood, with evident signs of deep wounds, presumably inflicted by his assailant.
Naa Justice Donlabon Denaa, the paramount chief of the Jirapa traditional area, confirmed the incident to ABC News, expressing shock and sadness at the loss of the esteemed businessman. He further stated that the matter has been swiftly reported to the police for thorough investigation.
While the circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, the Ghana Police is set to launch a comprehensive investigation to ascertain the motive behind this crime and apprehend those responsible.
