President-elect John Dramani Mahama’s Anti-Corruption Preparatory Team has unveiled new platforms designed to combat corruption and encourage public participation in governance.
The initiative was announced on Wednesday, December 20, 2024, by Felix Kwakye Ofosu, spokesperson for the Mahama Transition Team. The team introduced several accessible channels for citizens to report suspected acts of corruption securely.
The public can now report through a toll-free number, 0800 900 111, a dedicated website, www.oralgh.org, and an email address, [email protected]. These platforms are part of the Mahama administration’s broader efforts to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance.
In the statement, the team assured citizens that all information shared would be treated with discretion and urgency, ensuring swift and appropriate action. The move aligns with Mahama’s longstanding commitment to tackling corruption, a key focus throughout his political career.
The Transition Team has called on the public to actively engage in this fight, emphasizing that their involvement is crucial to achieving justice and fairness across all sectors.
