The Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Joana Gyan Cudjoe, has announced a comprehensive support package for current branch executives ahead of the party’s 2026 branch elections, covering both online filing fees and required membership dues.
In a statement issued by her office, the intervention is described as a gesture of appreciation for the commitment, sacrifices, and contributions of branch executives to the growth and success of the party within the constituency.
According to the statement, the initiative will fully absorb the cost of online nomination filing forms for all eligible current branch executives, in addition to settling the mandatory membership dues required for participation in the upcoming elections.
The move is expected to ease the financial burden often associated with internal party elections, particularly for grassroots executives who play a critical role in mobilization and local party organization.
To ensure transparency and efficiency, the Office of the MP indicated that all payments and online registration processes will be centrally managed by the Constituency Elections Directorate, under the supervision of the Constituency Executive Committee.
The statement further noted that detailed operational guidelines, including timelines and procedures for accessing the support, will be communicated in due course by the Elections Directorate.
The MP’s office emphasized that the initiative forms part of broader efforts to strengthen grassroots structures and encourage active participation in the party’s internal democratic processes.
Branch executives across Amenfi Central have been urged to remain committed to their roles as preparations intensify for the 2026 elections.
