The Ghana Education Service has appealed for greater coordination and consistency among representatives of aggrieved teachers to streamline dialogue and resolve grievances.
Public Relations Officer Daniel Fenyi, speaking on ABC News GH, said the Service has noticed significant communication gaps between various factions within the group of protesting teachers.
“It appears the group we are working with is far different from those who appeared yesterday,” he noted, urging teacher unions to present a unified front.
Fenyi explained that the lack of consistency in representation has slowed down negotiations and created confusion around agreed timelines and expectations.
“There should be a very unified team so communication and matters are clearer on both sides,” he stated.
He reaffirmed GES’s commitment to addressing all outstanding issues and encouraged the teachers to maintain open and consistent communication for faster resolution.
