The Chief of Agric Nzema, Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo, has made a remarkable contribution towards traditional leadership and community development by donating eleven tipper trucks to sub-chiefs and two buses to the Nzema Traditional Council in celebration of the 75th birthday of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

The presentation, which formed part of activities marking the milestone birthday celebration of the revered Asantehene, was widely described by traditional leaders and residents as historic, generous and a true demonstration of loyalty, unity and commitment to development.

Speaking during the ceremony, Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo stated that the donation was intended to support the activities of sub-chiefs and strengthen the operations of the Nzema Traditional Council. According to him, the gesture also serves as a token of appreciation and honour to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II for his years of impactful leadership, wisdom, peacebuilding and dedication to national development.

The eleven tipper trucks are expected to support developmental and economic activities across various traditional areas, while the two buses will aid transportation and administrative duties of the traditional council.

Meanwhile, the Queen Mother of Agric Nzema, Nana Adwoa Takyiwaa, has expressed profound gratitude to Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo for what she described as an extraordinary and visionary gesture.
In an emotional address, Nana Adwoa Takyiwaa praised the chief for her generosity, commitment to development and unwavering support for traditional leadership within the Nzema enclave. She noted that the donation reflects deep respect for culture, unity and the welfare of the people.

She further commended the chief for recognising the importance of equipping sub-chiefs and the traditional council with the necessary resources to enhance their work and contribute meaningfully to community development.
According to the Queen Mother, the donation has brought great honour not only to the Nzema traditional area but also to the celebration of the Asantehene’s milestone birthday. She offered prayers for wisdom, strength and long life for Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo and encouraged others to emulate such acts of generosity and leadership.
The donation has since attracted widespread praise from traditional authorities, opinion leaders and residents, many of whom describe it as one of the biggest contributions made in recent times towards supporting traditional leadership and promoting development within the area.
