The Minority has slammed President John Dramani Mahama for revoking public sector employment, accusing him of terminating jobs and worsening job insecurity for young Ghanaians.
At a press conference on Monday, March 3, former Finance Minister Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam criticized Mahama’s policies, arguing that they have harmed job creation and economic stability.
He claimed that Mahama’s approach, including policies like “nkoko nkitinkiti,” fails to provide sustainable employment opportunities.
Instead, the Minority alleges that Mahama has been inflating employment figures by first terminating jobs and later refilling the same positions.
“It is now a notorious path to create vacancy for the NDC Youth, they have sacked over ….”
They insist that such actions create artificial employment growth while deepening uncertainty for job seekers.
