The headline moment came in England, where Antoine Semenyo etched his name into the history books by scoring his first-ever Premier League goal for Manchester City. His strike helped City secure a comfortable 2-0 victory over Wolves, marking a major milestone in the forward’s top-flight journey.
Still in England, winger Fatawu Issahaku found the net for Leicester City in the Championship, although his goal proved insufficient as the Foxes slipped to a narrow 2-1 defeat against Oxford United.
